What is "Super Care"
Super Care is an annual total maintenance and repair package designed to eliminate the necessity of costly service agreements and covers such items as computer terminals, keyboards, networks, disk drives, televisions, monitors, video recorders, public address systems etc.

How does it work
IRIS’ Service Staff will conduct an equipment survey of your premises and from this schedule will determine a premium to cover the period 1st January through to 31st December or pro-rata depending on the joining date.

All equipment, under the schedule agreed to, will be covered for the repair, maintenance and service for up to twelve months.

Each item is labeled with a registration number, which the customer is asked to provide along with the location when a fault is detected or service required.

That is all that is necessary, IRIS will do the rest.

Even traveling is included in this package.

Response Time

IRIS will provide a response time of four hours on site Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm excluding public holidays.

This time applies to the Hobart metropolitan area only. For sites outside this area an appropriate time allowance has to be added.

Budget Blues
With this package there will no longer be the worry of budgeting for a multitude of maintenance agreements that need renewing at various times throughout the year,

This "Super Care" package allows for two payments per year. The first payment in advance of acceptance of the package contract.

Warranty Claims

In the event of a warranty claim IRIS will act on your behalf to ensure prompt attention to any problem.
