We use only genuine Apple parts , and all repairs are completed to Apple’s exacting standards. Repairs performed under warranty retain full Apple warranty coverage, while out-of-warranty repairs are handled with the same care and precision.

iPhone repairs are processed through Apple’s official Mail-In Service . IRIS will assess your device and manage the process end-to-end, sending it directly to Apple for resolution. For select issues, we also carry a limited range of iPhone parts, allowing us to complete some repairs in-house at our Hobart workshop.
